I paste the whole lot into a wordpress document when I&#039;m editing a carnival, including the trackbacks. Then I work my way through all the articles that don&#039;t meet my blogcarnival criteria. These are surprisingly simple. But by the time I&#039;m done, there&#039;s usually not much left.  Though I usually eliminate unsuitable articles from the post, it&#039;s possible the trackbacks get left by accident. Not every article has a trackback.
